Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase it can be returned for a full refund or exchange within fourteen days of original purchase. It must be returned in the original packaging along with the original invoice.
Used or damaged items will not be accepted for refund only items in proper working order.
Before returning any item purchased from our website please contact us by email or telephone at 613-725-3314 for a return authorization. No authorization is needed for personal returns.
Returns will only be accepted by prepaid shipping or personal delivery. No returns will be accepted by C.O.D.

All products must be in the original packaging with the tags.
All electrical appliances, converters, transformers and adapters along with socks, undergarments and shoes are all final sale.
Creams, pills, gels and liquid travel accessories are all final sale.
Shipping Policy
Capital City Luggage Ltd. Uses Canada Posts "postal service" unless otherwise discussed and detailed in writing. For Canada post services, we will rely on the automatically generated delivery dates and times from the Canada Post Website.
Capital City Luggage Ltd. Is not responsible for any Canada Post price or shipping errors.
Any instock items will be shipped out within 3 Business days of the confirmation of order. Items not in stock will be shipped out when in stock. The customer may be advised if the product is out of stock and will then be advised of the estimated time it will be shipped out. The customer can then choose to cancel the order or proceed.
Other available colors, sizes or style not on the website if available can be ordered and shipped and will be subject to additional costs and fees.
