If you are not satisfied with your order it can be refunded or exchanged within seven days of arrival at your home. You must have the receipt information for our staff to reference. Before sending back the purchase please contact us.

All products must be in the original packaging with the tags.
All electrical appliances, converters, transformers and adapters along with socks, undergarments and shoes are all final sale.
Creams, pills, gels and liquid travel accessories are all final sale.

Capital City Luggage Ltd. Uses Canada Posts "postal service" unless otherwise discussed and detailed in writing. For canada post services, we will rely on the automatically generated delivery dates and times from the Canada Post Website.
Capital City Luggage Ltd. Is not responsible for any Canada Post price or shipping errors.
Any instock items will be shipped out within 3 Business days of the confirmation of order. Items not in stock will be shipped out when in stock. The customer may be advised if the product is out of stock and will then be advised of the estimated time it will be shipped out. The customer can then choose to cancel the order or proceed.
Other available colours, sizes or style not on the website if available can be ordered and shipped and will be subject to additional costs and fees.
