Capital City Luggage Ltd. does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. Capital City Luggage Ltd. ships most orders within 2 – 4 business days of confirmation of order payment. Customers will be contacted in the case of delayed shipping of their order.
The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
On regular purchases, standard shipping charges apply. Contact directly for express or next day shipping. Where FREE shipping applies, the customer will be charged only the difference between Standard shipping and the Express option.
Currently, capitalcityluggage.com offers shipping only in Canada.
Most merchandise can be delivered by package carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx and UPS (United Parcel Service). These carriers deliver your merchandise directly to your door. Our preference is Priority post.
Currently we do not deliver to P.O. boxes and to a few geographic areas within Canada. We plan to expand our delivery service to more areas in the future.

Requests for express shipping can be made by telephone at 613-725-3313 or in the “Comments Box” when order is placed. Capital City Luggage Ltd. will then call the customer with a shipping cost estimate for customer approval.
There will be charges for product that has been returned to sender.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase it can be returned for a refund or exchange within fourteen days of original purchase. It must be returned in the original packaging along with the original invoice. No returns can be accepted for electrical adapters or appliances, underwear or socks for any reason, excluding manufacturing defects confirmed by the manufacturer.
All refunds are for the original purchase price, (less the original free shipping charge plus any admin fees that may apply) will be returned to purchasers account within 2-4 business days.
Any order where the payment was made online, a processing fee may be charged on returns.
On products including, but not limited to discontinued, limited edition items, special orders, or web (online) purchase only there may be no returns allowed. Please inquire at time of purchase.
Defective items may be returned within the 14 day return policy.
Any items that are damaged either by use or common carrier damage can be returned for repair or replacement under that manufacturers warranty program. Please read and understand what your manufacturers warranty does and does not cover.
Special order or online items will be subject to a restocking fee of no less than 20% of the purchase price.
Capital City Luggage Ltd. has the right to refuse any item for return.
Before returning any item purchased from our website please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone at 613-725-3313 (ask for website department) for a return authorization. No authorization is needed for merchandise returned in person.
Returns will only be accepted by prepaid shipping or personal delivery. No returns will be accepted by C.O.D.

All products must be in the original packaging with all the tags attached.
All electrical appliances, converters, transformers and adapters along with socks, undergarments and shoes are all final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.
Tablets, creams, gels and other liquid travel accessories are all final sale.
Capital City Luggage Ltd. uses Canada Post or various carriers for all it’s deliveries outside the city unless otherwise stated in writing by the customer. Canada post offers a 2 – 6 working days for delivery. All shipments will have a tracking number that we will forward to you so you will be able to follow it.
Capital City Luggage Ltd. will not be responsible for any delays caused by Canada Post, and will never guarantee a delivery date.
Any in stock items will be processed and shipped within 2 Business days of the confirmation of order. Items not in stock will be shipped out when in stock. The customer will be advised if the product is out of stock and will then be advised of the estimated time it will be shipped out. The customer can then choose to cancel the order or proceed.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer , except when Free Shipping applies. Free Shipping does not apply on returns.
